PMO Project Manager

Looking for a career in PMO and project management?

We are looking for a structured and proactive PMO Project Manager to join our Unified Platform (UP) Program. In this role, you will become a key part of the Program Management Office (PMO) and support the successful delivery of a global business transformation and rollout program.

You will work across multiple initiatives and stakeholders, helping to ensure readiness, alignment, governance, reporting, and execution throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining project management, planning, stakeholder coordination, governance, and process improvement in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Program Tools & Digital Collaboration

You will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving key program collaboration and management tools.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning and maintaining core UP collaboration platforms, including Jira, and Confluence.
  • Acting as Jira administrator and supporting configuration, workflows, dashboards, reporting, and new project rollouts.
  • Driving adoption of program tools and ensuring they support efficient collaboration and transparency across teams.

Pre-Implementation & Country Mobilization

You will play a central role in preparing countries for successful implementation and supporting rollout planning activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating country readiness activities, including Country Readiness Assessments (CRA), data preparation, master data validation, and implementation handovers.
  • Supporting regional and global rollout sequencing and implementation planning.
  • Facilitating alignment meetings with regional stakeholders and implementation teams.
  • Driving readiness validation processes and ensuring prerequisites, dependencies, and readiness criteria are met before implementation.

Governance, Reporting & Delivery Support

You will work closely with System Owners to maintain visibility, alignment, and progress across initiatives and rollout projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting status reporting, KPI tracking, progress monitoring, and executive reporting.
  • Creating consolidated visibility across initiatives, projects, and system deliveries.
  • Facilitating governance processes, coordinating decision-making forums, and tracking actions and dependencies.
  • Supporting backlog management, prioritization activities, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Driving communication, planning, training coordination, and change management activities where required.
  • Providing operational and administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day program execution.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a motivated and structured individual who is eager to build a career within project and program management.

You may be a recent graduate or have a few years of professional experience within project coordination, PMO, consulting, business transformation, logistics, supply chain, IT, or a related field.

We imagine that you:

  • Hold a master's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Have 3 years of professional experience, though newly graduated candidates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Are highly organized and enjoy creating structure, transparency, and follow-up in complex projects.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with stakeholders from different functions and countries.
  • Are curious, eager to learn, and motivated by being part of a large-scale transformation program.
  • Have experience with Microsoft Office tools and are interested in working with platforms such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Power BI.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ERP, TMS, Finance, Logistics, or Supply Chain transformations.
  • Experience supporting global rollout programs.

What We Offer

  • A key role in one of the company's most important transformation programs.
  • Exposure to senior stakeholders and international teams.
  • A broad role combining project management, governance, planning, reporting, and change management.
  • Excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • A collaborative and ambitious working environment where you can make a real impact.
