The job
As a student assistant, you will be involved in several of our daily tasks within the department and you will have different assignments which require you to be structured. There's room for immersion and to learn to use your competencies in a commercial and international company. You will assist our freight forwarders with administrative back-office tasks, and you must thrive doing routine tasks.
This job will afford you a unique opportunity to get insight in a global organization’s daily work. You will have the opportunity to combine theoretical aspects of your studies with practical experience.
The expected working hours will be approx. 10-15 hours per week during the summer. Depending on the candidates, there may be an opportunity to continue as a Student Assistant 4-6 hours per week when your studies resume after the summer.
You will report directly to one of our department managers and your place of work will at our headquarter in Hvidovre.
